Shipping and Return Policy
All items are made to order and the current production time is up to two weeks.
We ship our items worldwide. Domestic shipping (within Croatia) is 30 HRK (4 EUR) and international shipping is 10 EUR. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email with the tracking number of your parcel.
We cannont accept any returns on panties or bodysuits due to hygienic reasons. Bras and bralettes can be exchanged or returned if the fit is unsatisfactory. To ensure the proper fit, please take your measurements carefully following the guide that can be found below. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact us.

Sizing
SIZING GUIDE
To determine your bra size, measure your underbust and full bust.
To measure your underbust, measure the circumference at the top of the ribcage, underneath your breast tissue. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground and fits securely.
To measure your full bust, place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, again making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground.
To find your cup size, calculate the difference between your full bust and underbust size.
Cup size = bust girth – underbust girth
For example, a person with an underbust of 79 cm and a full bust of 92 cm would be the size 80A.
To find your panty size, measure your waist and hip circumference.
Measure your natural waist: if you need help finding the area, try bending sideways and then measure the circumference at the point where your waist bends. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground while taking your measurement.
To measure your hip circumference, keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Payment Options
From 01.01.2023. the official Croatian currency is Euro.
For payments in EUR we accept manual payments and payment through Paypal. With the manual payment option, you can transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours. You may pay by internet or mobile banking or bank transfer.
Please note: When using the manual payment option, we prefer payment via the SEPA payment system. If SEPA payment order is not possible and other payment channels are used, all charges must be paid by the payer (charges option OUR).
Alternatively you can pay by Paypal. You will be able to choose your payment option while checking out and will be redirected accordingly.
